By platform, it just means the frame, which you can put any shape body you want on. It’s not like a unibody where 2 vehicles on the same platform will look relatively similar.
There’s no way you would know that based on that single statement. With a body on frame you can design the vehicle however you want to. It’s not like a unibody chassis where the vehicles have to be relatively the same shape (because the body is already a part of the chassis.
They share the frame that’s it. It’s not like a unibody vehicle where you can only stretch the body so much. With a frame there’s no shared body, you can pretty much make the vehicle’s shape however you want.
The back is a complete and utter Grand Cherokee copy. Come on GM have you no shame? I guess the front is unique but it looks bloated and fat.
