I think I see an issue here, you put the “AT” in “AT-AT” that stands for “all-terrain” second, and the other “AT” - that stands for “armored transport” - first. I think if you switch them around it reads much more clearly.

I think it would depend on the jurisdiction - I am in an employee-friendly jurisdiction and I think most judges here would happily find a way to express their disapproval over any contractual term that facilitated or condoned the mistreatment of employees.
