You should crush on it...GM developed an Indycar engine from the first generation Aurora’s V8

Ransom Olds was an early innovator in the American auto industry and he named his company Oldsmobile long before Charles “Crappy” Durant started slapping historic companies together to form GM
Intrigued? I’m not. Seriously though, the Intrigue wasn’t a bad car in the least. It was GM actually putting thought into competing with the Accord and Camry and if I remember, was better reviewed at the time even garnering quality awards away from the Japanese kings... The fact it had more power than the competition…
There was a small museum at the factory in Toledo if I remember... But Chrysler closed it several years ago... Had something like 25ish Jeeps all shoved in a tiny building. I fear Marchionne isn’t big on the history of FIAT’s holdings so it likely won’t happen while he’s at the helm.
I would posit that a Jeep museum should be in the birthplace of the Jeep: Butler, PA... Where Bantam built the first run of Jeeps prior to WW II and the US govt handed the blueprints to Willys and Ford... And the factory still stands and is a National Historic Landmark.
I love the Instagram captions: “Police with a tank...don’t see that very often” and then “A Tank hit a light pole! In Minsk!!”
Has no one considered that the reason for BMW’s sales slump is due to their decreasing quality and charging you out the rectum for every conceivable service item? $150 just to plug the car into a computer for diagnostics?!? Really?!? This service is even free at Mercedes dealers...
They’re a damn sight better than the Smokey Admiral
Guess NK needs to go shopping at hobbytown.com again...
Total CP...rare does not equal valuable and this is a $25-30K car at best
Credit score is inexorably tied to your ability to receive a security clearance and your trustworthiness...if we can’t trust you to be careful with your own funds, how can we trust you with the nation’s vital secrets?
Not much rust up here man. State doesn’t salt the roads so you’ll see a lot of cars up here that shouldn’t exist... When I first moved here I even saw a Mitsubishi Précis, prolly one of the last to actually exist. That and the cold maybe?
Only 190 known to exist? Well, damn, Anchorage must be the 3000GT VR4 Mecca cause there’s a metric shit-ton of them up here in various states of disrepair..oh, and at least 2 of the ones I see on the regular are this same red.
I’m guessing this required fabrication of an entirely new chassis as the engine in a Trabby is a stressed structural member of the front suspension and frame.
Can’t really put Hirohito, Josip Tito and King Hussein in the same category as the other mentioned owners...
Kudos to Volvo making these type of washer blades standard... It was a rather expensive option Mercedes offered that we didn’t opt for on our GLK
Dude, in the picture of the white box truck on which you overlaid your idea where the drivetrain is, you can clearly see the T3 exhaust and driver’s side valve cover...come on Torch!
The original VW Type 1 Beetle...cause it’s not a Golf/Jetta/Tiguan/A4/etc and it’s a beautiful, timeless design.
You can’t fart without hitting a Raptor up here I’m Alaska... They’re literally everywhere
Unfortunately, small cars are not the norm up here in Alaska. You’re much better off in a full-size pickup if your favorite brand or a large SUV... Much better chance of surviving that moose you hit in the dark Alaska winter nights
