It’s crazy how some police forces seem to function like a brotherhood that supersedes their actual function as law enforcement. The loyalty should be to the job and the role it plays in society, bad cops should be called out for soiling the badge, not protected by unwritten fraternal rules.

Even if they never planted or found anything, these would be bad cops in my book.

They said the guys were part of a dangerous gang, so it seems like they were planting stuff to help build a case/build a record for known gang members.

Some lawyers will “help” the young teen sue the NYPD for a couple million dollars, they’ll settle, the lawyers will be couple million richer and the kid will get considerably less.

I am cusrious as to where the weed came from. If the car was clean and then all of sudden he has the weed. Ummmm.. was that from his personal supply or part of the “fake evidence kit” in the trunk of the police cruiser?  Just wondering where it came from......
