You should get everything. It's an expansion. But you don't need the rest of them. Sorta like the gold edition of a game that has all the previous crap. Except this gold edition has more stuff. Just a nice thing to do after you have spit out a few expansions.

Serious Sam's co-op was so insane, so I can't wait to see how batshit crazy this is.

What rules and structures are you talking about then? Nothing in here seems to horribly done as to make it unreadable(although the hand written one is really coming close)
