12 Monkeys is the most satisfying series finale I’ve ever watched.

The ending of 12 Monkeys was wonderful even if I couldn’t really describe to you what actually happened

I think it was kind of beautiful how they closed the cycle and tied it so neatly with the beginning of the series.

Does 12 Monkeys fit this theme? They had to wrap a time travel story up and actually pulled it off without resorting to nonsense and hand waiving.
