If you are selling your first home without an agent, by all means read this article. If you have gotten this far, you most likely already did. But I'm using an agent to list and buy our next home. We are actively shopping for a new home right now and our current home is going on the market today. I asked her about

I can see how you would think that but those are my real life experiences. The next time you empty your dishwasher and all of your Tupperware/Gladware is still soaking wet think about how dry and clean that glass would be.

I can see that, but we rarely use them to bake. Adding handles would make them much heavier to tote to work with my lunch in them. Try setting them on a cookie sheet, that should make it easier to remove from the oven. Or some silicone oven mitts.

The wife and I have been using Pyrex glass dishes for a few years. We purchased almost all of ours from a Pyrex outlet store for much less than this. But they are easily worth $27. We are still using the original bowls and storage containers we bought three years ago. They aren't stained, you can store, bake, and

The Sharpie's are now $7.19

There is a $100 Eureka at Sam's Club that is the best vacuum I have ever used. I can't imagine spending $350 on a vacuum that I have to propel.

I'm not trying to make excuses but many people are not good communicators. Be it verbal or non verbal. Also, so many people have no idea what their needs are or what they need to be happy. But I guess that is a discussion for another day.

I uninstalled the app some time ago, even though I have plenty of data and a very fast phone. My main reason was FB messenger. FB feels it is necessary to notify me of new messages in an app I can't use to read the messages. That makes sense right?

I have to disagree. The largest danger this driver faced was coming from behind so quickly that a person may change lanes and not see this car approaching. If that person changed lanes to pass another car, both lanes would be occupied. No amount of skill would save you from this.

I had lower back pain for twenty years before I found out it was anxiety related.

I think this relationship inspired the show Chuck. Which I LOVED. Goofy white guy with a super hot highly trained government assassin.

I picked up a couple Harmony 650 remotes from Sam's Club last week for $40 each.

I added the 42" one to my Amazon cart and an additional $10 was taken off for being a Prime member. So that matches the price at Sam's. I ordered it for the in-laws.

I agree about the bluetooth part. If you have people over and want to have something on the tv but listen to something else it comes in really handy.

Sam's Club is selling the Vizio 42" 5.1 system for $189 on Thursday and Friday. I have this one and LOVE it. The single most amazing thing about this sound bar, how much lower the volume is but I can hear it crystal clear. In comparison to the stock speakers on the tv.

This just made the $500 KitchenAid mixer on my counter obsolete...

Call Recorder has come a long way since that post 1.5 years ago. Now it works on most Snapdragon without being rooted, etc...

Andy are you the kind of guy that would run 30 miles on your first day of marathon training?

They can only store a certain amount of bits/bytes/kilobytes/megabytes/gigabytes... Fewer at the higher price point keeps their infrastructure costs down.

People that back up their files, like myself, don't tend to run after small temporary discounts. We look for a long term solution. CrashPlan is a much better deal at $60 a year for unlimited storage. If the $2.50 plan sounded like it was going to stick around I might give it a try. FYI, you can get 250 gigabytes
