I’m not entirely sure, but I think the last one regarding milk is from a German TV program. The German Milk companies all switched to a different glue, and it became maddeningly difficult to open the containers. Everyone was trying to figure out new ways to open milk containers as a result. One news program finally

not sure a 40 year plea deal for second-degree murder for a 16 year old girl is “pretty lenient”

Well that is assuming she makes it. Prison isn’t exactly this nice and cozy place with good mental and physical healthcare and adequate protection against other inmates.

Then this feature is not intended for you. I work in an area I am not very familiar with. I drive there daily, yes, but I don’t drive around the area much to know what else is there. So this would be helpful for me to find places near my office that I didn’t know were there, or how to get to them.

I would love to get rid of Crapcast's router, but my husband insists on keeping a home phone and I can't find any that have the home phone option at a reasonable price...

The cost of our house however (including upkeep, taxes, and insurance) comes out to probably somewhere around 900 (it's hard to put an exact amount on the

Please let me know where you are seeing a mortgage of $1500 and a comparable rental of $1000. That is the renter jackpot, but expect that house to be foreclosed on at some point.

You are also totally ignoring the fact that a lot of mortgage expenses are tax write offs, including that interest you are pointing out. Depending on your tax bracket, tax structure, and mortgage loan situation you can often completely offset the interest you are paying.

I disagree on ownership being more expensive. If that were true, there'd be no rentals available.

When you rent you are typically paying for someone else to pay that interest plus a surplus so that they make money on the rental.
