or his cross the parking lot buddy Draymond Green.
They aren’t watching a Rutgers game, they are watching a Michigan or Ohio State or Penn State game. Plus it was a play to force Notre Dame’s hand that ultimately failed
Wrong. A rape kit can also test levels of substances in the blood, including whether she was drugged, and thus couldn’t provide consent
Yeah, if it proved she was drugged, then she can’t provide consent.
Which is why rape kits (and fuck the places that they are so far behind on processing them) are so important. If she had gone in the next day (and i know it’s hard, and i get everything that goes into it, i’m just saying) we wouldn’t be having any of this conversation.
True, which is part of the reason it’s not covered AS much, but it’s a pretty wild story.
But its not. With Kobe or Jameis Winston, it was THE biggest story around, remember when every Sportscenter led into “When’s Kobe’s Next Court Date” It’s weird this isn’t moreso
I think the R. Kelly Joke above contains your answer
shit. I feel stupid now.
As a Cardinals fan, I hate other Cardinals fans the most. Busch Stadium is basically a trump rally 82 days a year.
Think of all the good hardworking jobs Pops has outsourced to French, Argentinians, and other foreigners!
nah.
Lol, none of what you just said has an legal basis. That was my point. In general there has to be mitigating circumstances that prevents a person from using their real name. The defendant being famous is not one of those. All the rest of the stuff you said is a fluffy think piece.
It’s not really much of a decision. If her life is not in jeopardy then it’s pretty cut and dry her name is used at trial. Being harrassed to settle isn’t going to change the way courts have ruled for years.
That’s like saying firefighters must start fires because they wear fireproof gear.
They didn’t in Baltimore for a long time and look what happened. Same thing in Oakland, burnt buildings, cars, etc. It’s a public safety issue to let large crowds gather, especially large ones. I’m sure none of the cops WANT to be there.
Obviously you didn’t read the news
It makes the whole Erin Andrews thing even weirder right? I’ve liked Sherman since Stanford, and he’s always been pretty respectful and thoughful with his comments, then that piece came out of nowhere.
This is good Kinja
