You apathy and cynicism is inspiring. You’re so cool and rad.

They most certainly have that right.
I wonder how many new players have seen some of the allied races and say “Hey, those look cool... wait, why can I not choose those races when I create a new character?”
Looks like a pretty bland beat-em up to me. Like, go into an arena, beat up the waves of bad guys, then do some quick time events or some easy puzzles to get to the next arena, rinse and repeat.
What an entirely weird situation. 2K as a whole is just a gross publisher. This reminds me of back in the early 00s when Marvel stopped providing review comics to all journalists and then, subsequently, bitched because no one was reviewing their books. Not that B3 isn’t going to have 100 reviews by next Friday, but I…
I guess I shouldn’t be shocked, but 2K and Gearbox have been unloading clip after clip into their own foot and I just can’t understand why. I mean other than the usual issue of misguided power oafs being unable to change course.
That’s exactly what I was thinking as well while watching Thor breaks the cement tubes that block the paths. This is just a prettier PS3 era game. Is this a resurfaced never finished 2012 Avengers tie-in game and they just updated the graphics?
Their face models look real bad. And the gameplay looks rough AF. Like something about how the characters snap to their next animation, it seems like a PS3 game with some current-gen filters. But those faces, I’m not sure what it is but I am not liking it.
Got to go with the above statements. Call em entitled, call em pissy, but all the users have is a voice. That’s all well and good and trust me, NOT AT ALL NEW.
Within the reddit were plenty of legit complaints about the fact that it’s unfair for a skin to cost 18 bucks, that you can’t buy eighteen dollars worth of in-game money, you’d have to pay even more to get a twenty dollar pack, that you could buy other games for twenty bucks that are quite good instead of a simple…
The blog post talks about them wanting to keep the monetisation “fair” and giving people agency in what they buy. But like damn do they really think $18 for a skin is fair? I'm sure they're making bank off the whales but what about the rest of us?
The loot boxes were bad and overpriced but just selling them for $18 sucks too. I used Apex Coins i earned from the battle pass to get a box and 2 of the 3 items were those crowns currency. The amount of crowns you get is so small. It just doesn’t feel like there’s any actual reward from PLAYING the event, only new…
I would almost bet they would make more money if they had reasonable store prices. Having to spend $20 on a character skin(and don’t even get me started on that much for a fucking weapon skin) is ludicrous, and I’d never spend even close to that, but I probably would have copped 4 skins over time by now if they were…
And then there’s the whole massive paywall for rewards debacle they’ve executed with this. This feels like by far the greediest EA loot box situation I’ve seen yet. No doubt EA is hurting for funds after Anthem completely sinking.
When a multibillion dollar company can’t do what a 10 year old kid can do at home with mods.
“cuck beta leftists.” I swear to god, you could not sound more desperate to seem cool as right-wing edgelords do when they string these words together.
there’s always one
Of the ten heroes released after the game launched, Sigma is the first white man.
Yeah, to go with the 6 others out of 30.
I guess you two can’t play anymore, but that’s a really sad thing to plan for. Man. Great, now I am thinking about my kids.
Seriously though, great question! Paul managed to keep up with me as we played, so he never died. Will let you know as soon as I can get an online session going and someone dies.
