Gimme that cigar and quit sitting on my e30, miss.
Issa Aztek!
Estoril is an amazing color. I almost traded my 2002 for a mint Estoril e36 m3 a couple years ago.
I’m always bad with the timing thing. I think the only time I’ve made out is with my e30, which I bought about 7 years ago. I sold my other e30 too soon, sold my 2002 roundie too soon, never got into the e36 M3 I really wanted when the prices were rock bottom.. There’s more to list. I’ll never sell the e30, though.
Those wheels vs. a pot hole. No thanks. It’s beautiful but NJ roads would eat it alive.
This list could go on forever lol You’re making me really want an e36. I’ll take mine in Boston over Magma on DS1's. Vaders or no Vaders. I’m fine either way.
Such an awesome list. I’d prob add DS1's and 2's as well as Style 32's. OH and Style 172. The best thing to come from the e60 besides the s85
Perhaps it’s me that’s being insensitive but I never thought that “cracker” had nearly as much weight behind it as other derogatory terms.
Coming from a non-Trump voter (me), your initial comment is pretty insensitive for you to be telling anyone else they lack empathy, compassion, or thoughtfulness. If the story were true then no one deserves to be treated or bullied that way, regardless of their skin color. Nobody should feel scared to go to school.
My uncle had one when I was a kid. It was brand new at the time. It got stolen so many times that he gave up on it. It was dark green over black, with chrome wheels. No pictures - this was the 90's and I think I was 10 years old.
I’ve got another for the e30. If you have the 13 button OBC (like in the picture above) you can read how much gas you have in the tank by pressing the “1" and “1000" button at the same time. Will read in liters or gallons depending on how you have it set (just take a pen tip to the reset button on the bottom right).
Yup! Well... his name is Tony...
I have a friend who did a nut and bolt restoration on one of these, completely rebuilt motor and everything. It still breaks all the time.
The Element is prob the best pick here.
I have a small window sticker on the back of my truck that’s a silhouette of an e30. I can see it every time I look in the rear view mirror and it makes me happy. Does this count?
I’ve run into plenty of people over the years who swap in the m30 big-six from the original 4 or 6. That torque really makes a difference over the m20 (also m10 and m42). I’d love to have an original 333i but it can be replicated for relatively cheap. The m30 is so common that a decent motor can be picked up fairly…
Even my old ‘99 300m with remote start wouldn’t drive without the key in the ignition. The moment to stepped on the brake to put it in gear it would shut down. That was in the early 2000's and I had gotten the car with the system already installed so I assume it was a system from 1999.
It could only suck worse if I had to live among Eagles and Phillies fans. I assume that experience is the reason for your salty demeanor. Perhaps it’s me that owes you the condolences
I spend a decent amount of time in PA. Mainly because the firearms laws are more lax and there’s nice back roads for the bike and the car. Not a bad state to live in. If I could, I would. I could buy twice the house for the same money and pay far less property tax. But it’s still too far to commute to work. Sorry NJ…
