I love that radio clip. That's the genuine reaction that I had when I found out. It didn't even really sink in until I got home and turned on SportsCenter and they were talking Love to Cleveland. I went completely numb and had to sit down. This kind of thing just doesn't happen to Ohio sports teams.

I just want to say, I apologize on behalf of the entire city. No conviction whatsoever. And although I can already hear you responding "It's just sports," this is less about that and making public fanfare out of leaving Cleveland. It was unprecedented and frankly, embarrassing. The fact that the city is welcoming

You don't have to move. My European mother and both her sisters had bidets installed in their American homes, and that was in the 60's. My kooky aunt even managed to find a black one, to match her black toilet and black sink. (And just in case you were wondering: silver foil wallpaper with big textured swirls and

TMI but I have ibs too and cannot live without wipes. I keep a trash can lined with plastic bags and I just throw it out on the daily. No big deal. No shitty wipes everywhere. Also I'm Mexican and grew up throwing tp in the trash can so it doesn't phase me. Saves our plumbing too since our pipes our on the older

Exactly this! I remember once not fitting into a dress that I really, really wanted to wear for a friend's wedding. I literally starved myself to be able to fit into the dress and on the day, I still couldn't get it zipped up. Fuck that shit.

Not even this picture can make Mike Rowe unattractive to me.

As a whitewater rafter we have to carry out our human waste in portable toilets. Ass wipes never go in the toilet. Someone has to clean those tanks after every trip. You only have to see a bulge in your clean out pipe that is attached to a septic system once to be forever scared of that shit.

Thank you so much. That's what the menz do.

THAT should be a jezebel article. Look back at all of the "real women" challenges so far and assess the correlation between winner & socially accepted body type.

they actually only eat the strings...

Right? She has a beautiful figure and something showing off her decolletage...off shoulder, with a beautiful fitted bust area, and fitted through the belly and hips...with a fitted draped skirt from the lower belly would have been just stunning on her.

Yet those same designers could come up with a bunch of tasteful formal wear options for bodies like Phillip Seymour Hoffman's or John Goodman's.

I've been thinking the exact same thing! Would love to see a pic of you!

I wear a 24-26, and have since college. There is no getting around it. I am a fatty fat fatty, and I would like a t-shirt to last more than one season.

you only have to look at the plus size bridal wear to see that. My dress was amazing, a feat of design and engineering to hold my size 28 body in check, and I looked fucking gorgeous. If a bridal designer can do that for £1000 then why can't a couture designer?

I tell you, this is real oppression. I cannot tell you how many times I left my bedroom, walked down the stairs of my palatial two-story house in LA, phoned my personal assistant, and asked her to call every fashion designer in the world to hand-create me a dress. And they say no! How dare they!

I graduated an art school, while I wasn't in the Fashion department, I went to plenty of the workshops and the really sad truth is, a lot of fashion designer students aren't even being TAUGHT how to fit for plus sized bodies. All the croquis and mannequins are straight sizes, and often the tailoring classes don't

I wish she'd named them too. I understand why she didn't though. This makes me wonder how much of a problem they had with her wardrobe on Gilmore Girls. I always thought that they did a good job and gave her clothes that fit and were usually very flattering, but I wonder how much legwork and searching that took. :(

Has it occurred to you that she may be showing up wearing less attractive dresses because she doesn't have many options to choose from?

I really hope I'm wrong in waiting for the people who are going to say, "Then, just lose weight and you'll have all the designer dresses you want!" or "They don't give dresses to just ANYone you know, even thin people get turned down."
