He’s only been in X-Men books for the past 14 years.

The fuck is a fantomex?

What do you think of the direction the show went for the portrayal of Ember? I love they went with an unimpressive/annoying take, it helps cement Fillory as a more complicated place than the usual fantasy lands.

How much of the show do you consider canon? There have been a lot of new details about Fillory and other elements that I’ve really enjoyed, but I am wondering if I should treat them as different entities. Thanks!

One aspect of the show that bugs me is that in the books, Quentin is actually a pretty good magician, but he does not seem to be on the show - do you like this change? To me, it feels like it lessens his overall importance.

Hi Lev, just want to start off saying what a huge fan I am of The Magicians trilogy. Now I hate to be “that guy”, but I have a question about plot hole that’s been bugging me. Why is Quentin hard up for cash and joining an Ocean’s Eleven for magicians in The Magician’s Land? Didn’t Josh leave him his mansion in Venice

I’m at the halfway mark writing an Arthurian epic — it’s called THE BRIGHT SWORD (<— working title). I’m hoping to get it out next year. But I’ve also got two-three other projects on, both Magicians-related and non, in various different media, which I’m dying to talk about but can’t. But they’re coming. I just quit my

On the one hand, in a book you have the luxury of opening up a characters’ inner monologue, so you can show people the stupid train of thought that leads them to do shitty things, which can sometimes redeem an otherwise unpleasant character. On the other hand, on screen an

Also....you last updated your blog in SEPTEMBER of 2016!!! Any news about the new book you are writing or what genera or type? (sorry for the spam earlier with the same question 2x, i’m new at this)

LOVE IT! Lev are we going to see the swashbuckling adeventures of Elliot, Julia and Quinton aboard the Muntjac?

Are we going to see the swashbuckling adventures of Elliot, Julia and Quinton on the Muntjac?

Mr. Grossman, did you think The Magicians would have made a good movie or show when you wrote the books?

One of the cornerstones of the story - in print and on tv -is the recurring unlikeability of the characters, or at least their choices. Have you learned anything from watching your work get adapted about the differences between writing a frustrating character choice and seeing one acted out? Is adding the human

You’re clearly thinking of “Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise”
