I wouldn't go that far, josh IMO deserves all the blame and his passenger recieves some. I've been told to do some illegal things in my life, looked at my conspirator, laughed and told him to do it. Fact is they are both drunk, josh too drunk to drive and his friend too drink to tell him to drive.

I feel the same way as you do but I do understand where she's coming from. I think what could make it easier is that her son was drunk, out having fun with this man on his own volition, maybe it would've been different had he just been soberly hopping a ride home with this drunk and was killed.

I absolutely know how lucky we have it. Especially when you look at the fans of poor teams like the browns and the jags. We have it so well in just about every sport. It's fantastic!
