Mt. Horeb is not a school district that can afford to fight a frivolous lawsuit, but I doubt they’re completely giving up on the purpose of their plan.

No reason to shame the school district. It’s a small district in a small town.

Wisconsin’s schools have been absolutely gutted over the past couple years, thanks to Walker. They have nothing. I imagine that might have something to do with their unwillingness to fight this.

Well, didn’t it say it was Wisconsin? TeaZealots had a huge coup there - decimated education, crushed the unions etc. (So that might be affecting the reaction).
