I'm leaning toward Buick. the C-pillar looks too small for a Lumina. I believe the Olds Cutlass Supreme of that era had a blacked-out C-pillar, so not that either. Not enough plastic crap bolted to the rocker panels for a Pontiac.

Bought my Miata @ 20+ years old from the original owner, who had kept everything cherry and bone stock, with one exception: Beefier rear sway bar. The fact that weak anti-sway is still the case with contemporary Miatas is a head-scratcher.

Pet peeve: The speed was approximately 300 km/h. That's a round number in those units. It's just stupid to take an approximate round number and report it with precision in a different system of units. Please, American/British media folks: say "over 180 mph," or "around 190 mph," or something like that.
