That defender is waaaaaaayyyyy too clean!

beat me to it!

I didnt post a video did I ? It in Long Beach, CA.

That sounds like a good time with your pops. I feel like the defender has most of the...shall we say quirks as well, perhaps a little better. I took it to a few little shows but no clubs to speak of where I live in Southern California. That would have been fun.

Fair enough, but I already have one. If I wanted a sports car I would look elsewhere.

As I share one with my dad and it is my current “commuter” I completely agree. Slow, definitely. Rough ride, nailed it. But its sooo damn cool! Plus I really like its simplicity.

RS2

Not here in CA, thats cheap!

Totally agree with you. I recently had a TDI sportwagon and I loved the fact that I could fill it up Sunday and not need to touch the tank again until saturday. Now that I am driving a a BMW X1 35(I dont like it by the way), I need to fill it up at least twice a week just to commute.

Me too! Much cheaper actually

Surfboard fees. They are incredibly high for what they are. especially when compared to say golf clubs or something like that. Not to mention its per board when most people will layer a few together. It doesnt take up much more space nor much more weight but damn they get you for it. Not to mention surfboards are

My brother actually bought a stick one, still has it.

custom color?

You may have missed another point as well. Speaking from some experience here, it is very possible that if you can afford a 90-100K suv, you as the owner are not worried about taking it to the dealer if/when it needs it for two reasons. You probably have at least one other car, if not multiples. And, you may have

I had a similar eperience, I used to race with him in the early 2000s and he was a gentleman of the first order. Really nice and creative guy.

Most of America doesnt technically live in a city per se.

My bad, diesel costs at most the same as 91 and currently a dollar less than 87 in Southern California

I would agree with the blanket statement for two reasons, In Southern California where i live, diesel is at most on par with 91 octane, currently, it is $1.00 cheaper than 87!

Rad! I would love to see Crew Jones playing...
