Shit.. semantics. I forget sometimes that I am posting on the internet of idiots and assholes.
There was some exaggeration in my statement, but it's hardly inaccurate. Pre avengers MCU aside, the non-avengers movies have had world altering/ending stakes and the other heroes are mysteriously missing or off handling other matters.
Guardians also don't count as they haven't been introduced to the avengers yet and…
It's too bad that EVERY MCU movie has the same world ending stakes but conveniently the other heroes don't care when it's not their movie.
