Yeah, thats a bit ridiculous. I realize it costs a fortune to get a new airframe designed and approved, but that’s insane. At some point you need to either need to start rebuilding them, or retire them in general.

Are they retrofitting old ones, or building new ones? I’m a big proponent of “if its not broke, don’t fix it” (which also applies to the A10), but using the same airframes from the 50s seem to be unlikely.

The lack of 4wd excludes it for me, but I have no doubt he’ll sell it at that price.

You realize the current Suburban is almost the same size right? Not to mention all the crew cab, half-ton trucks on the market. Sometimes people have more than two kids and also have a need to tow. This is perfect for that, like the Suburban 2500 was.

You and me both. Theres a chance its all on the up and up, but I can’t imagine Gaetz wouldn’t have been using this for political points before this.

Toyota should be able to do it relatively easily. Add some suspension height (>2") to the Sienna AWD, and you’re there.

Performance in the last 20 years has just lept forward. The number of 400-500 hp vehicles you can buy is insane. 300 hp used to be a hot rod, its just common now.

The E34 is a great looking sedan, but I’m partial to the E28 myself. That said, while the Dinan chip isn’t a bad sign to me, the stop leak is. BMW has enough issue with reliability on their own, you don’t need to start blocking coolant passages with gunk.

Surprised I haven’t seen it yet, but the BMW M10 and M30 engines. The M10 put BMW on the map with the “Neue Klasse” cars, culminating with the E30 M3; and the M30 was made for almost 30 years, and was the basis for numerous BMW race engines.

I love this show more and more every time i watch it. It started out slow, but found its pacing quick..

I love this so much. When Paul Ryan came out as a fan, I was flabbergasted at what “machine” he thought they could have been referring to.

I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old, with all the related car seat experience. I have to say that those seats actually don’t look too bad for the age. Its certainly better than the baby hammock that was being peddled in the years prior.

I believe he’s agreeing with your perspective, albeit from a different perspective.

Is it still misogyny when one women is doing it to another? Sounds like the accusation here was racism, not sexism.

I had a similar situation when i worked at a Walmart in college. Guy had an S10 pickup if i recall, and had bought a pallet worth of 12"x 12" pavers. He insisted that we load them all into his truck since they’d fit. While they would fit in the space, each paver weighed 40-45 lbs, so he was asking us to put 3,000 lbs

I’m glad they made it, but like the wrangler, the take rate will be much lower.

Two doors don’t sell, and I’d expect this to be roughly the same size as the 4-door Wrangler, meaning less than 200". We’re not talking about a suburban here, it will be fine.

Did anyone?

I think most cities need a swat team for occasional use, but all too often, once they get fitted out, the PD looks to use them as often as possible.

My first car was a 1985 S-10 Blazer. It was brown on brown, a POS, and unstoppable. It had the 2.8l It burned oil so bad, that when it started to run well, I knew I had to top it off since the oil wasn’t fouling the gas. I locked it up more than once from lack of oil, and once from crossing a river. In all cases, it
