My personal opinion, not trying to taking anything away from him, is that Horry was the king of ‘right place, right time’. Might be a bit of recency bias towards Livingston/Iggy vs Horry, but I stand by it.

You’re entitled to your opinion, of course, but I’d say this: As a multiple time owner of both 302 and 4.6L Ford V8s, the original 4.6 SOHC was inferior in nearly every way, at least from an enthusiast’s point of view. 4.6 was dimensionally huge, didn’t respond to mods for shit, was a massive pain in the ass to work…

I absolutely loved everything about this.... Except every time you said something ‘needed fixed’, ‘needed repainted’, ‘needed patched’, ‘needed addressed’, and on and on.
