In Tommy Lee Jones' defense, there are actually very few people in Hollywood that want to hang out with Jonah Hill on set, though the same could be see about Tommy Lee Jones.

I'm still waiting for the start of the Burton-verse mega-franchise.

NBC desperately wants to be the new CW. It's nice to have goals.

In the spirit of your comment I'm going to fight your derp with derp.

That's like reverse sexism or something. When are we going to get a film festival celebrating white men, huh?????? //

Whiplash is clearly an adapted screenplay, having been based off of Ayn Rand's diarrhea.

I get to yum yum on garbage?

"Superman is supposed to have a heart and soul, and to be the embodiment of "good"."

Fast and Furious 6 was an awesome movie. Definitely better made and more entertaining than most of the Marvel output. I haven't seen Transformers, so I can't say, but probably sucks.

The Knight of Cups trailer is better than most movies released this year.

Aw, it's kind of cute seeing Marvel fanboys argue that casting Will Smith is somehow mystifying and naive, whereas casting Benedict Cumberbatch is totally the bestest most amazing thing ever.

Yep. Forget the great cast, the interesting story, the talented writer/director… A movie released in August of 2016 is totally going to bomb because of internet backlash from years ago. Makes sense to me! Fanboy logic at it's most inane.

You do know that Suicide Squad is being written and directed by David Ayer and that Chris Terrio is scripting BvS and Justice League?

Yeah, for that argument to work you have to believe that the Avengers couldn't have succeeded without such cinematic treasures as Iron Man 2, Thor, and The Incredible Hulk.

Ugh, why would Tom Hardy even want to do a stupid WB action movie like Inception or the Dark Knight Rises or Mad Max: Fury Road or Suicide Squad? It must be because he just wants to cash a paycheck… Yeah, that's the ticket.

Sure, but Man of Steel still made more money than most of the Disney/Marvel movies. In my opinion, despite it's problems with pacing and plot it's still a better made and more entertaining movie than most of the Disney/Marvel movies. Based on its box office, I'm not alone there.

"peak-of-his-fame Ryan Reynolds." That's hilarious.

Huh? Maybe you haven't been paying attention, but BvS was in development for years, shot for 7+ months, and now has 1.5 years for post-production. Suicide Squad starts filming in April 2015 and won't be in theaters until August 2016. In what universe would this production schedule be considered "throwing shit at the

Yep. That's the hack I'm refering to. Thank the new gods that Kevin Tsujihara came along and had the good sense to get people with actual talent and vision signed up for the DCCU.
