Gross. Just fucking adapt more Jean Shepherd stories and use the hundreds of hours of recordings of him for narration.

Well, the officer did illustrate two of “America’s 3 biggest problems”. Bigotry, in all its forms. And cops are on the street, with firearms, who shouldn’t be.

I’m in. The Ant-Man movies have been consistently entertaining.

Thanks! I’ve got more of them. Six for a dollar, limited time only.

Alan Moore is easily in the top five comic book writers ever so he and his opinions on comics, his own work, narratives, and pop culture deserve a great deal of respect. The first thing you can say about his opinions on the matter of movie/TV adaptions of his work is that he is absolutely not wrong. Most are garbage

I never knew I wanted a Doctor Fate movie until saw Pierce Brosnan playing him.

Zack Snyder’s Watchmen, James McTigue’s V For Vendetta, and The Hughes Brothers’ From Hell.”

Yeah, it’s weird he doesn’t like three shitty movies. What a crank.

Why contact in the first place? He doesn't have to be civil especially when he made it abundantly clear he doesn't wish to be bothered. Maybe don't be a fuck head

Well... that “Avengers assemble” was really worth waiting for.

I mean... dude’s absolutely right.

This is basically George of the Jungle, and you know what? The 1997 live action movie version of that cartoon has actually aged surprisingly well, to the point that it’s something of a cult classic among millenials. So I think you actually nailed how to do Tarzan in the present day, even if someone else thought of the

I believe you have described “George of the Jungle”

Fuck it, write the screenplay and send it somewhere.

It’s a bit like when you see Americans particularly, talking about stuff like the Honeymooners and I Love Lucy etc in the present day and how there’s still a huge audience for them.

Are going to go for more gritty realism like the 2016 movie or the “Jane and Tarzan live a suburban life but in a treehouse” mode the post-Hays Code movies became?

It’s hard to imagine a character that has aged more poorly, and is less relevant, than Tarzan.

I don’t think Josh is HulkKing, but that he was texting WITH HulkKing.
