It would be easy to confidently assert that information is misinformation before completing an investigation as long as it pertains to the university’s actions in response to the crime as opposed to the crime itself.

I admit I did not read every single word, I skimmed it.

I read both and what Deadspin said is valid.

You do realize you just read a story trying to make the administration the bad guys despite a completely appropriate response, simply because the didn’t provide the media with the salacious details before all of the victims were even fully informed?

You don’t know a god damn thing about film. Personally I detest almost all of Tarantinos work as a whole, but the guy knows his way around a camera and how to do some great things while making it look easy when it really is not.

Not even close.

Conversely, as someone who grew up in Minnesota then moved out of state, it’s strange and jarring to be charged sales tax for clothing now :(

Perfect response. People think that every school knows every detail from Day 1 and are all conspiring to keep everyone in the dark so they have time to bury the bodies. Its an investigation at this point and dont want to release findings until it’s complete, why is that hard to understand? Unless this turns into a

Gotta agree with you here, the main priorities were contacting the students, taking care of them, speaking with concerned parents, cooperating with the investigation, informing the student body, and trying to get some answers and control what they could control. The obligation to the press is wayyyyy down on the list

Where the administration faltered was in providing so little information. This was a failure in its dealing with the media, allowing all sorts of nasty rumors to fester (some possibly true).

KG would’ve won the Game of Thrones by season 2.

Fuck that. This was the best thing that ever happened to this kid, and he was in no way ‘damaged’ to the point of 15 million dollars.

you don’t understand a lot of things in this life

“Over-Excited Middle-Aged Man Talks To Friends With Ridiculous Names”

Have we finally reached the point where Seth Rogan is officially his generation’s Adam Sandler? They both started their careers with some promise only to waste it on a long string of shitty, boring, redundant movies featuring their equally unfunny friends.

There is literally no outcome here in this situation that would elicit a positive response from a Deadspin writer other than the nickname becoming some sort of extreme dick joke.

As a proud Towson graduate, I believe I speak on behalf of all alumni when I say “We have a swim team?”

I used to watch Bourdain’s shows, but I got tired of his pompous attitude. Don’t get me wrong, I think Fieri is a flaming d-bag, it’s just that Bourdain’s the polar opposite, he comes off as an elitist d-bag when he describes the places he visits and the foods that he has eaten. I say give them both chef knives and

I was super into the Christian Bale of Drew Barrymore’s late teen years. I absolutely loved him as Laurie in Little Women and Jack in Newsies. The Christian Bale of right now? Hard pass.

Dalton is a good guy. Everyone hates cliché answers and he actually spoke his mind, was polite without being condescending (a trick you might want to learn), and that's not okay either. Just seems like a criticism here is unnecessary and crass. But my sincere apologies if my critique wasn't up to your illustrious
