I see Olivia's mom (a terrorist who planted a dirty bomb?), Harrison's stalker (a terrorist, dropped in this episode because we can't give Harrison too much to do??), and the random bomb-strapped-mother episode (which nobody EVER TALKS ABOUT) all tying together. It's a perfect storm of bombiastic terrorism.
