Except a lot of the power they use for homes, business, and infrastructure  actually comes from dirty old coal and gas plants here in the poorer parts of the west (NM, UT, CO, AZ)

With the reliability of the early 2000s VWs, the W8 in particular, the seller would have to pay me to take it,

I assume he rolled in driving something very silly and expensive with a CarMax warranty.

If I had my little way, I’d eat peaches every day.

Mr. Tracy, if you ever need a kidney, I’ll trade one of mine for this van. 35yo non-smoker, non-drinker, non-diabetic. Just saying.

I will eat it from a lab

Here’s my Lazy Ass Summer Squash recipe. I’m getting 5/day out of my garden and devised this method to make myself eat them. Uses surprisingly little butter as the squash steam themselves, and is both low-mess and hands free.

I love how RE’s bikes look.

S10s have electrical gremlins that will take years off your life hunting down. That platform was twitchy. They tend not to be fatal; just stuff like blinkers/wipers/lights/blower motors etc.

So these are supposed to be home compostable?  Previous iterations were always compostable only in an industrial facility or “wet” landfill.

Take it from another 6'5" dude, you don’t want blood clots (at 32). Buy a car that fits you. .

Torch, use American Shipping (https://www.shipamerican.com/ ) for the customs clearance. They taught me the ropes of import/export when I was in the business. There are some shady operators out there, but American are good people.
