Maybe its a case of "kidnap someone close to Jesse then keep calling him until he picks up because we don't know that Jesse is ALSO kidnapped by someone else"

People are capable of complaining about multiple things, dude. No, this ISN'T the most important issue of our day, you're right.

Not a whole season, but someone mentioned the Grail abducting Cassidy would be a great excuse for him not to be there to help Jesse and Tulip escape Jesse's family…so I see season three divided up between UNTIL THE END OF THE WORLD and then Jesse and Tulip go to rescue Cassidy with the Saint showing up for that great

I have a vision of Gary AND Jake Busey for those two…

Cassidy probably has a dozen or so sons and daughter scattered throughout the world and he only sees them when he needs a place to crash.

The only overreactions I see are from people tired of being portrayed this way. No matter how you slice it you're gonna get a second A.D. addressing a group of desperate young black actors to get in line and act more like slaves and blah blah blah and I can tell you, from talking to dozens of would be actors around

I can't see Rogen and Co. resisting a cold open with Jesus De Sade in bed with several people and an armadillo before smashing to that PREACHER title font opening.

But what if it's like the 15% interest in that loan but instead of affecting your entire credit history it affects whether or not you can get into heaven? Like if the person you donated a fraction of your soul too is hellbound, would YOU go to hell too?

It IS a similar feeling, and as a watcher and reader of both properties I envy those who can go in cold and not have yardstick to compare this to. I'm enjoying a lot because more than any particular scene or line, they've managed to capture the SPIRIT so well. That Saint of Killers is fantastic.

If they spend time in Los Angeles like they do in the comics I can't imagine a better antagonist to represent that area than Jesus De Sade.

But it's the WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS thing: "Can you bite me NOW before I get older because I kind of think this is the best shape I'm gonna be in right now and I just don't want to be stuck for eternity in well…less than good shape."

Herr Starr's just this great, dry, deadpan, humorless antagonist that was endlessly entertaining in the comics and the casting looks dead on. Hope you enjoy it! The show's Saint and Odin Quincannon leaped right off the page in my opinion.

And if they're gonna make Jesse's family more of a season three long arc villains, rather than just a two part personal one and done story, I think it's a good idea to flesh them out by giving them something to actually…DO besides burn crosses and wait around for action movie villains like Saddam Hopper to show up.

Really looking forward to the casting of those two. Quincannon, the Saint and what we've seen of Starr in the previews were all GREAT casting. Danny McBride needs to be in there somewhere as just a random henchguy. Who WERE those other guys at the compound anyway? Extended family?

"Don't I even get to kiss him goodbye?" Hope that stays in there…

Offering himself up and making sure Denis got away before talking to the Saint? Bluffing his way into making the Saint think he knows what the hell he's doing? Being tempted to send the Saint to hell but refusing and instead sending the Saint to Jesse's own version of hell….THIS is the Jesse I remember from the

I have no power to demand they do anything. I can simply state my opinion and my opinion is whatever good intentions they may have, black people are tired of seeing their pain used to make white people a profit. All I can see are the sad, tired black actors going in to audition as an extra in a modern day slavery

I guess black people are tired of seeing their very real pain used for entertainment and for being shown over and over that they need a white savior? DJANGO UNCHAINED made a boat load of money for a reason. Black people finally got to watch a black guy shoot slave owners.

Then round up all the traitors who still wish to commit violence against American citizens and execute them. This shit ain't that hard. Imagine they're anything other than white guys and suddenly it makes sense to punish people who just can't stop hurting Americans.

They literally murdered the president any way so maybe we were too lenient on people who murdered American soldiers and fought for the opposite of freedom. They all should have been executed or deported. Don't want to be Americans any more? Wish granted.
