“Chappelle claimed that Dorman was “laughing the hardest” at the jokes. But not everyone was laughing. Some claimed the comedy was transphobic.”
“Chappelle claimed that Dorman was “laughing the hardest” at the jokes. But not everyone was laughing. Some claimed the comedy was transphobic.”
Fuck all of the people crying about the headline, Chapelle is a homophobic, transphobic and I’m sure several other ‘ics asshole that I don’t think deserves the support and adoration he gets.
Ronan Farrow is burning NBC to the ground and I am here for it. That’s what they get for trying to kill Farrow’s original Weinstein story in 2017.
“medical emergency” (read: one of the obese passengers had a heart attack)
Famously disappointed cruiseship passengers.
“I’m always super surprised by people married to predators who don’t seem to realize it. How much interalized misogyny must someone have before they accept some behaviour is beyond the pale.”
She originally filed for divorce in 2006 and accused him of “cruel and inhumane” treatment in the divorce papers. She also said he exhibited “extreme anger and hostility” toward her.
That argument—that a lot of men do “vile, abusive things,” so we’ll necessarily have to find room for them all again—is a little staggering in its laziness, its indifference towards victims, the crudeness of its calculations: There are too many of them not to grant some form of redemption.

Just stay away from teachers, especially male spiritual teachers. They are all a bunch of sleazy horndogs in the end..especially the Tibetan schools, but pretty much all of them. The stories I have would curl your hair.

“Crime, once uncovered, has no refuge, save audacity.”
They don’t call it “White Privilege” or “Entitlement”, for no reason.
Also, I’m pretty sure she interrogated Caitlyn Jenner on her show about why she didn’t support marriage equality despite being in the LGBT community. Which is something she should have definitely did, but by that token, maybe also a question to ask someone who actually had the political power to affect marriage…
Ellen is actually a mean, spiteful boss so her “be kind to one another” phrase is her telling on herself. Ask any entertainment reporter in LA and they will have horror stories from her former employees about how she treated them. Her game shows on the talk show and the NBC one are all about cruelty.
So she bans Kim Burrell from her show because of homophobic comments yet basically cites “let’s be kind to one another” with a war criminal who wanted his anti- LGBT views in the fucking constitution.
Clearly they were ripping off Schitt’s Creek and did it wrong.
Given some of your language describing other humans in this post, I think you likely got the day karma planned for you. Google ableism, then rethink your post.
Uh, I think I know why she hasn’t been back and it doesn’t have anything to do with some shit on the sidewalk. You seem fun and not at all judgmental.
GIRL NO, HE WILL DO TO YOUR LIFE WHAT I JUST DID TO YOUR SHOES.
