You may need to wait for another SW series then, I don’t think Gina and Carl’s characters (and acting abilities) can carry a show.  Don’t get me wrong, I like Carl Weathers, but he’s never been a headliner.

What makes Clone Wars and Rebels special, is that despite them being cartoons (and Rebels, being a childs show until the later seasons), is they do deliver something that makes you feel a certain way that the OT did.

I agree.  It was meh, but I do remember having a decent time with it.  That being said, it’s release, the same year as Dragon’s Dogma, didn’t help.
