Both Hard Boiled and The Killer are great movies, but my nod goes to Hard Boiled for the saxophone scene.

Wingz aren’t necessarily bad. In fact hot sauce in general is very low calorie (vinegar & chilis mostly), but the butter and oil invovled in making a true wing sauce and frying is killer. I’ve moved from frying wings to grilling them and it’s helped some.

I played sports in high school and even ran a 4.85 40 (great for a skinny non gym rat white guy) but then only worked out (cardio or lifting) only a dozen or so times when I was in college, and I took a victory lap. My priorities were definitely elsewhere. “dad bod” or whatever started…

Taking an extra day off to recover, or cutting a trip short by one day so you have a full day to lay around the house is extremely underrated.

Subject to a do over? They get multiple chances because they are pro athletes. Any non pro athlete would have a hard time finding work with charges like drug offenses, domestic violence offenses, child abuse, dog fighting, DWI, intoxicated manslaughter etc etc.

Serving your debt to society doesn’t clean the slate and grant you a do over.
