Mine was similar. I know it ran 3.1, because I remember bugging my dad to upgrade to 95 and I spent days inserting 3.5 disks into the computer to put 95 on it, eventually I don't think the computer could take it and it died.

Wish I had a picture of it. I just remember that it ran on Windows 3.1? Was that the one before Windows 95?
