Yeah, I enjoyed the books the first time through but then when I re-read them a few years later I was shocked at how actually *good* they were.

But also, her hair is pretty amazing. I can’t deny that she has superstar hair.

I struggled for a long time to be able to enjoy the TV show as a separate entity from the books because they changed so much. But honestly that one still baffles me. I have to assume they really liked the actor who played Chuck so wanted to make him a bigger part? Because in the books he is a basically nothing side…

It is not unusual for kids to have different names than their parents. My mom remarried when I was extremely young so I never shared her name when I was in school.

I think the problem a lot of people have with that is when John Smith and Jane Doe have baby Jack Smith-Doe who grows up and marries Mary Johnson-Brown... then what are they supposed to do? They can’t name their kid Joe Smith-Doe-Johnson-Brown.
