The Producers was originally a comedy, then they just turned it into a tax law.

I thought it was great. WAY better than discovery or Picard.

Damn. I know it’s a kid show and I’m 40-something, but Prodigy was really starting to grow on me.

Especially when it seems like Trek is the only thing anyone watches on Paramount+ anyway.

It feels really weird to cut out a Trek show when Trek is getting a revival of sorts.

It says a lot about our fucked up tax laws that it is cheaper for companies to make a show like this or Snowpiercer or Batwoman and never release it than it is to just release it. Especially when we are in the middle of a writers strike and the pool of new content has to be drying up.

I remember when streaming really kicked in and everyone was all, “Why are you still buying DVDs?!”

I’m reading that it’s cancelled from Paramount Plus but will be shopped around to other platforms.

Give it to me now!

I am not an audio book consumer but I will be getting this for sure! I could already hear his voice just seeing the image of the character, one of my all time favorites across all ST.

Yeah I work for a quasi-government agency (so not even a full government job) and if anything *might* cost $50 or more we have to log it in a register. If you get a nice bottle of wine or a hamper from an external party you have to put it into an office pool.

In my very limited experience with expensive(but not that expensive) wine it is actually very easy to tell it’s the good stuff because whoever gave it to you will not stop talking about how much it cost.

So I guess nice, homestyle fare always includes Kobe beef? Get the fuck out of here, you lying asshole. Lucky for you the happy-ending massage tab at these places had to be settled in cash.

We all should wonder whether this recent rash of Pro Publica stories questioning the integrity of only conservative Supreme Court Justices[.]”

Just a steaming pile of horseshit. Federal employees with quite a bit less power than a sitting Supreme Court justice, one of only nine people in the country who gets to just make up laws and rules without even a hint of accountability or transparency, routinely insist on paying for their own lunch at, like, Capital

Does it possibly explain how he feels about women, and about liberals, and artists? Yes, armchair psychologists will have a field day with this.

It’s starting to look like the next 6-12 months is going to be a slow and very detailed dismantling of this buffoon and I’m here for every second of it.  No one deserves it more.

Now playing

I love how Mark Proksch has basically been playing Colin Robinson his entire life, he just didn’t know it at the time.

I’m half-expecting Laszlo to finally bite Gismo, but every time he tries, they get interrupted by something usually inane. He finally admits he “can’t get it up” for the boy as he’s Nandor’s familiar, not his.

This new season looks great! So glad infuriating Colin Robinson is back, he’s always been a highlight for me.
