I agree with everything about this piece, except didn’t we all just agree that Svengali is an anti-Semitic term?

Was anyone clamoring for this woman to defend herself and her book? It seems telling that she felt the need to end this with a clarification that she’s not trying to attack Jackie
I sympathize with you and all other teachers! I could never do it.
Also everyone saying they do it because it’s literally the only free time they have in their day, I don’t buy it. You just don’t want to make the time for it.
My friend used to call me from the car all the time. I knew she was only doing it because she was bored and that didn’t really bother me, EXCEPT that she had me on speakerphone and I could barely hear her. It was so annoying and she stopped doing it after I kept repeating, “I have no idea what you’re saying right now”
This post-modern, identity-obssessed world we live in where everyone has their own “truth”
Now someone teach my boyfriend. I can’t even make him understand how to part my hair straight down the back in two sections

Love Amy Schumer, hate the phrase “speak to that”
Eat me out every day and our relationship will be just fine <3
I keep saying in the surveys I want lipstick, so I was disappointed I didn’t get the lipstick option last month. I wish there was more makeup/fewer skincare products, but maybe glossy box was a bad option for that.
I like the City Lips, too. My nail polish was hot pink! Yeah the gel is sticky at first, which is a little weird. It’s not enough moisturizing for me so I was putting it under my rose hip oil, but not sure if that’s really necessary then.
I know me too! I know what I think of the stuff but it’s so fascinating to read what other people thought
SAME I was like I can’t believe this is a thing and now I just got my third Glossybox
It’s definitely suspicious, but maybe she was using it ironically to make fun of the letter writer? Probably not, doesn’t feel purposely done enough.
And I have a hard time believing a gay yard is ANYONE’S primary concern in Baltimore right now
OT but I’ve been checking Millihelen every day waiting for the beauty box reviews. Why? Idk but it’s addicting to read
