I'm very glad you're back to crediting the writer on each contribution. I'm always curious who is supporting/hating/interested in whatever piece of media it may be, and I really like that it's back.

Something I've never understood (not having seen the show): Many seem to consider West Wing a great show, while only thinking it has two completely great seasons, which, out of seven seasons, isn't a great track record. Do people just think there's enough great material/episodes/arcs sprinkled throughout seasons

I, for some unknown reason, happened to see the Last Man Standing episode about the presidential election, and yes, that show has gotten very weird. By no means does it handle politics well, but the fact that such a generic show is having any sort of actual political discourse is just incredibly strange.

Last night I finished the new-ish AGE OF MIRACLES and promptly spent the next half-hour weeping. Warning: If you are in the final chapters of life's own coming-of-age story, and having love problems, avoid the last three words of that book. I thought it was an incredible novel, but honestly that last chapter is

Considering that the "2" and "3" books feature hands with six fingers, I'm guessing it's intentional.

Also, in case anyone is crazy/bored enough to theorize with me:
I'm guessing they'll lead us to believe that Stan is the author of "2" and "3", but he'll actually be the "he" that the author feared.

I began watching this show yesterday, on my little sister's recommendation, and it's already become one of my favorite shows.

I don't mention the Travis/Laurie stuff because it was a little too much for me to emotionally handle.

Am I the only one who thinks the show is potentially setting up a split-up of Ellie and Andy? The jokes about not being intimate ("we never make out!") have gone from funny to kinda sad. They just don't seem to be happy at all together.

I thought Rupert Everett was a good deal of fun in this, and the only thing I liked about it. Why, again, is Hugh Dancy successful?

I was thoroughly convinced that Travis was going to end up writing vows saying how he felt about Laurie. This seemed like the obvious path to go down, and it would have provided for a more emotionally resonant ending.

Bo Peep in TOY STORY 3. One of many tragically sad moments in that movie.
