What is material is that they published something they had no legal right to do so, and ignored a request for it to be taken down (at least according to a court in Florida, as this fact is being appealed). A) Just because something is true and accurate doesn’t make it safe to keep posting even after sued (No one disputed that wasn’t Hulk Hogan screwing his friend’s wife).
