I’ve seen similar advice from therapists for negative or self-harm thoughts. They’re advised to consider that niggling voice an active speaker, who they can then choose to disregard.

Because I think what’s interesting is there’s more research actually showing that anxiety is a kind of gateway almost; researchers are realizing that things like depression, bipolar disorder, various anxiety disorders—they often start as anxiety.
I really enjoyed Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. I had played the original three games and was getting tired of the series.
One of my PMs was attending a meeting with some higher up folks at our company. I don’t know if it was entirely about the game, but somehow a lot of the serious discussion centered on South Park: The Fractured But Whole and its expected launch last year.

Well, fuck. I said the exact same thing inside my mind when I read filmgirl’s comment!

I like their friendship, but I also really love seeing Brian and Arnold together.
Season 2 has been brilliant. I watched the initial season a month or so ago on a whim, and it does pick up after a while. I think that what I really like is that there are different perspectives being showcased and that the show occasionally delves into the lives of incidental characters (many of whom are one-off)…
