I’ve pointed out elsewhere on this page, but I initially interpreted his actions as indicative of being autistic based on my own behavior as an autistic.

I’m autistic, and I see enough similarities between his behavior and my own to assume that he was autistic.

I’m not a fan of armchair diagnoses, but my absolute first thought when I saw the video was that the child might be autistic. He displays the same level of mannerisms that I, an autistic person, would in a similar situation as a child:
