That's only the Jeff Loeb and New 52 versions. Neither of which have been well received.

Unfortunately, this isn't too far from reality.

"Characters on "Supergirl" seem to live in a parallel universe yet we don't really understand it, and that makes the references to real celebrities or TV shows even stranger."

The whole point of this Jimmy is that he's older and wiser now.

I'm not seeing that as such a great loss. Swearing and nudity do not good films automatically make. And you'd be surprised what a PG13 can get away with. The animated Suicide Squad film had a PG13 despite people's heads exploding on screen.

The way they handle Barbara's sexuality feels like it was written by Pat Robertson. Both times she's been with a women she was engaged in some nefarious activity. With Renee it was drugs, with Tabitha it's murder.

"if Mellie thought that being First Lady was a form of prison, then why has she so actively sought and desired that prison for the past four seasons?"

Forever Red? I saw that and was reminded of the Power Rangers episode of the same name.

I feel bad for Susan. She seemed like a child who just realized her father was a criminal.
