I owned a 2006 Ruckus. While the 49cc motor will get you to 30mph without much drama carrying nothing but a 180 lb rider past 30 mph to my top gps’ed speed of 39 mph took minutes.

How is this any different than what Travish is doing? I don’t see title, registration or insurance fee’s in the cost break down on any of the cars he has flipped. Does that mean a Jalopnik editor an illegal curb stoner?
