I completely agree with this. I’m sick ov everybody acting like NASCAR isn’t world-class racing, when there’s Formula 1 drivers who couldn’t handle speedway racing if they tried. Damnit, am I on a rant?

I would say we’ve awarded many movies made under harsh conditions, and many which actually damaged their creators-The Birds, The Shining, Mad Max: Fury Road all come to mind... I agree with your point, but there’s a valid argument against it as stated. 

I disagree completely. Angela Bassett’s Tina Turner was clearly not in love with Lawrence Fishburne’s trash-ass Ike Turner, and it ruins the movie for me.

Except it’s not. I know at least a dozen Harley owners, and they never have these oil leaks all the non-Harley fans love to talk about.
