Watching Jez comments discuss this show is way more entertaining than the show could ever be.

I’ve always had the impression that SCA and RenFair type events are mostly just excuses for paunchy swingers to creep on each other.

I found some of his art a few years ago and I was actually very impressed. None of his art is technically demanding per se, but he has a good eye and he’s developed a personal style that is pretty interesting.

For what it’s worth, the show was based on a British show called Criminal Justice and pretty much followed the plot to a T, including the female lawyer getting involved with the defendant. Just saying it wasn’t HBO writers who had that dumb idea first.
