Thank you so much for sharing your story. I always despised the idea that mental health is a "white person thing." Personally therapy has helped in so many ways. I'm glad I did it and don't have a problem talking about it. Trauma can effect you and the ones you love. I realized if I don't want my own and family issues…

My friend use to work at Game Stop on route 3 in Jersey and use to see Ja Rule in there all the time high off his mind and talking to ANYBODY about video games. I think this was when all that stuff with 50 cent and Emeniem went down.
