Actually, Giz has been pretty consistent in giving Windows Phone positive reviews as an OS. The phones themselves range quite a bit, but they like the OS, so it's not like Blackberry or something. Shame about the limited app selection. I hope that improves, otherwise WP will be the BeOS of phones.

Admitted his crimes in a public forum in exchange for immunity?

Sue? Eff that. The state of Washington needs to deprive the jerk of his freedom for a long while. They also need to stack whatever charges that they can in addition to the assault. Maybe a maiming or malicious wounding charge for slamming his head against the pavement. Threaten him with attempted murder to get

No, 'fraid not. When I throw out a joke, it's usually a corny, forced pun that lands with a thud.

It's possible. The Malay Peninsula was Dutch controlled through the end of the 18th C and the British stayed out of it politically, but there was isolated British trade. Britain didn't get deeply involved in the area until the early 19th C, though.

Daughters are awesome. They're like little boys, but smarter! I kid; I've got one of each and both are great. And you definitely don't want them to aspire to be race queens (or whatever the preferred term for tuner skanks is).

Is one of those a Dirty Sanchez emote? 'cuz I'm not getting the whole finger moustache gesture.

That's quite interesting, but doesn't explain how an English cookbook from 1727 would have a recipe for "katchop". English contact with China at that time was pretty minimal and there wasn't any tomato in the recipe. Is it possible that qeh jeep is just a convenient false cognate that came later?

It seems the bigger conflict would be that Amazon is another very large retailer competing in a similar discount space.

That's just their money, not the company demonstrating excellence at something.

Do NOT put their poop in the microwave!

Kohler's stuff looks nice and performs well, but the problem is when something breaks. Every model has too many unique parts that aren't standard across all of their lines, so no plumbing supply houses ever have the one you need in stock. It's invariably a pricey custom order that you wait weeks for. In the

They've probably done more for human health than every medicine ever created.

I'd ace the Blackfyre rebellion, but would then blow it when I got to questions about the War of the Ninepenny Kings. How can they expect us to remember everything?

Beautiful car, but that is not a Jag shade of blue. Can you imagine an E-type with that paint? Way too boyracerlookatme for a Jaaaaaaaaaaaag.

Doesn't seem like an unreasonable number to me. I know a lot of people who use open tabs as a sort of web to-do list (I'm guilty of that myself). I know Safari has a "reading list" feature that can keep a list of pages you need to attend to in that way. Seems like a cool feature, but I have a strong preference for

"I don't understand how more headphone options means a worst user experience?" Sony doesn't either and that's why they are getting their ass kicked.

They've studied our history and plan on beating us at our own Revolutionary war!

Sony's user experience failure begin with shopping. Check out their current headphone lineup for an example. 79 different headphones on offer. WTF? Why? No consumer wants to wade through that. Give them a handful of options/price points which are easily distinguishable. This likely means that they have too many

Well, that's Apple's challenge, isn't it. There are companies like Sony that jump the shark and don't realize until it's too late to easily reverse and there are those like Mercedes Benz, which have always paid close attention to protecting those elements which define the brand and make it successful.
