Except that the company being gouged is the carrier. To subsidized customers (the overwhelming majority) they are both $199 plus a plan. Since the plans are the same for each, I'm not sure why you'd object to paying the same money for a more expensive phone. Or is it just unfair to the carriers?
Yep. The second core, the redesigned dynamic antenna, and the vastly improved camera (both lens and CMOS) were completely free.
