Hawaiians need encouragement to speed, as far as I'm concerned. The freeways there are full of people with nowhere to go and they're in no rush to get there. I've never seen uncongested freeway drivers move so slowly by choice.

A yacht is by definition a private vessel. In the US it usually refers to luxury boats, in the UK to any sailboat, but always in both cases privately owned pleasure vessels. This is clearly a commercial boat.
