you see, there's a difference between a guy who really wants something and can never afford it, and a guy who just buys it because he has so much money he doesn't have to worry about it.

and you don't have to wait for police to identify themselves before you start obeying the law.

yeah. it's cheaper than water.

true. i'm hoping for the price cuts to come sooner rather than later.

closer to $1.31/L, actually. we're already well above that. the dollar's at parity and 1 gallon = 3.78 L.

Drive down to the US to buy my gas.

hardOCP is the least reliable of all the tech sites. TechReport, Anand, Hexus all agree that the 680 wins on value, and trades blows on performance. a price cut on the 7970 is probably coming soon to rectify that.

ah yes, of course. there's absolutely nothing between saints and baby-eaters. everyone's one or the other. corporations included.

you make the mistake of assuming Apple has any morals whatsoever.

and here i thought some guy worked out until he had the pecs of the gods, and flew by flapping under his own power.

most wheelchairs don't require batteries.

...this one change would actually make this toaster worth buying.

i also like how his gigantic chest muscles and abs look completely real.

if money was no object, i'd make this real. seriously. i have no idea what it would take, but the general idea is:

"solid" as far as science goes generally refers to atoms, with electrons and such, arranged in a relatively non-moving structure.

the quattroporte and panamera still have better interior room, and trunk space and - here's the kicker- better fuel economy. Seriously, you could have taken a standard Panamera, halved the trunk space (filling it with 1000 lbs of batteries), kept the engine the same and you'd probably still get better fuel economy

whoopsies, my bad. but a 4-seater sports car at 5500 pounds is still ridiculous.

because this car was built without any engineers' input. it looks like a sketch from an art school that went straight to the factory.
