see, when you slap "Prada" or "LV" on a piece of mediocre technology and overprice it, people are quick to call it overpriced. But when you slap the same names on mediocre clothing and overprice it, people are willing to pay for it??? wtf???

rule of thumb: never buy someone a gift in subject in which they know more than you do. unless they told you to get something specifically.
