Nice shots, mate .. I saw the 307 on display at Pima Air Museum back in the early 70's. That flop into the bay did delay it's trip to its new location just a bit, but eventually, it arrived successfully. I also never tire of seeing the F7F Tigercat, which in my opinion, is one of the prettiest planes ever designed.
Not surprising ... those ancient turbojets sucked fuel like a parched camel.
