So are we to fill in the blanks about Raven and Murphey’s capture? Previous episode had the sleeping “criminal miners” waking up, and the Charmaine’s ship taking off to get Raven. Was it too expensive to film their capture?

I expected Gendry to be the blacksmith of the dragon glass weapons that Jon approached Dany for in episode one. So far I see no forges turning out these weapons. Not in Winterfell, not on Dragonstone...certainly not in Kingslanding. I suppose they will magically appear in the same time shrinking manner traveling from…
