while i won’t claim it is the case in the majority of incidences, i’ve seen enough cases of people running over or otherwise ramming other vehicles to concluded that if you’ve got the money for a good lawyer, you can get away with little more than a fine and slap on the wrist.

that’s easily just idling in 3rd or higher gear.

why not just steer around it?

typically prototypes have a hoist point to lift it vertical. apparently not this one.
